Yet again another successful netting

Another successful netting. Again we found some unexpected large commons

Today we netted the big lake at Brocard and found a few surprises. 3 mirrors and 6 commons all around the 50lb mark. We only know of 2 of these fish being caught this season. Unfortunatley we have hardly any good photos due to water on the camera lense.
22nd - 29th October

Another difficult week, 11 fish caught including mirrors of 54lb and 60lb

15th - 22nd October

A slow week with only 12 carp caught, but a good average size. Mirrors of 51lb, 52lb, 55lb and Commons of 64lb 6oz and 73lb 14oz

Only one angler (me) this week due to most of the lake closed due to weed cutting. I caught 16 carp 5 nights. 3x20s, 3x30s, 6x40s, 51lb, 53lb, 59lb, 65lb and 67lb

41 carp and 3 catfish caught. 1 angler in swim 10 on the big lake managed to catch 23 of the carp in his 4 night session, 6 of which were over 40lb, the biggest being 47lb 10oz

A slower week due to the weed dying off, the fish have been eating the natural food from the dead weed. 27 carp caught including 4x50s and 2x60s. The biggest fish of the week was Brigette the common at 66lb

14th - 21st May

45 carp caught mosltly from the higher numbered swims. 7x50s and 4 grass carp over 60lb the biggest being 66lb

A slow start to the week but the second half of the week produced a lot of fish. 181 carp caught, swims 9 & 10 on the bigger lake taking 118 of the fish. The biggest carp was 46lb from the smaller lake and the biggest grass carp was 47lb from the big lake.

Another good week with 115 carp and 4 catfish caught. The biggest carp 46lb, grass carp 51lb and catfish 66lb. Both lakes have had the weed treated
23rd - 30th April
La Horre
A very good week with 162 fish caught including 15x50s. Little Weasel and his dad landed 7 of the 50s upto 57lb. There was also a grass carp of 76lb 8oz caught, which we believe to be a French record. Most of the fish were caught on the CST boilies over micro pellet.

A good week with 106 carp & 4 catfish caught, the biggest carp was a spawned out 43lb mirror, the biggest cat was 66lb, there was also 3 grass carp over 43lb caught
16th - 23rd April
La Horre
The carp were heavily spawning most of the week, but the fishing was still good, 53 carp caught including 9x50s and 4x60s. A common of 61lb a mirror at 65lb and a grass carp at 62lb. The CST boilies and micro pellets doing the business again.
Brocard
Another good week with 102 carp and 3 catfish caught. Swim 5 on the bigger lake produced 22 of the carp including the joint biggest at 53lb.
9th - 16th April
La Horre
The Carp started to spawn on the sunday, but still a very good week with 15 anglers landing 85 carp including 15x50s. The biggest common 54lb 8oz, mirror 57lb 12oz and grass carp 57lb

Yet another very good week with 111 carp and 2 catfish caught. The biggest carp 46lb 12oz and the biggest catfish 57lb
2nd - 9th April
La Horre
A much better week with 47 carp caught by 8 anglers. A mirror of 51lb 12oz and a common of 51lb 4oz included

Another good week with 9 anglers landing 76 carp and 5 catfish. 39 of the carp were over 35lb, the biggest being 45lb and the biggest cat 78lb
26th March - 2nd April
La Horre
A slow start to the opening week of the season, 6 anglers managed to catch 10 carp, the biggest being 47lb

A good week with only 8 anglers catching 58 carp and 6 grass carp. The two anglers on the bigger lake managed to catch 26 of the carp including the biggest at 44lb, the biggest grass carp was 43lb
19th - 26th March

Another good week. French anglers Fred Prot & Manu Arrouy landed 20 carp including fish of 44lb 8oz, 46lb 8oz, 48lb 8oz and 51lb 12oz
12th - 19th March

A good opening week of the season. Only 2 anglers managed to land 17 carp including fish of 44lb and 49lb 8oz
The finishing touches to swim 11 on the the big lake at Brocard. Swims 5,7,8 and 11 have all been made bigger
